Glidedose Privacy Policy

Glidedose is a personal tracker for people taking GLP-1 medication. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the Glidedose app on iOS or Android (“the App”).

Summary

• Your health logs (medications, doses, injection sites, weight, side effects, costs) are stored only on your device. We never receive them.
• There are no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking SDKs.
• We never sell, share or use your health information for advertising or data mining.
• Subscriptions are processed by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, not by us.

Information stored on your device

Everything you enter, plus your settings and Pro status, is kept in the App’s local storage on your device. It is never uploaded to us. Reminders are local notifications created on your device. You can delete everything at any time in Settings › Delete all data, or by uninstalling the App. If you use CSV export, the file is created on your device and goes only where you choose to share it. Your device’s own backup (iCloud or Google) may include app data according to your device settings; we have no access to those backups.

Purchases and subscriptions

If you buy Glidedose Pro, payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own privacy policies. We never see your payment card details. To check whether a subscription is active, the App uses RevenueCat, Inc. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID generated on your device, purchase and receipt information from Apple or Google (product, price, currency, purchase date, store country) and basic device data such as OS and app version. Support emails

If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply, and delete support correspondence when it is no longer needed. Please don’t send health details you don’t want us to have.

Not medical advice

Glidedose records what you enter. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose, or recommend doses.

Children

The App is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16.

Your rights

Because we hold no health or personal data from the App, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For subscription or support records, contact admin@startupslang.com and we will respond in line with applicable law, including PIPEDA, Quebec’s Law 25, the GDPR and US state privacy laws where they apply.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change, and significant changes will be noted in release notes.
